PRIVACY POLICY
Cyber Increment Ltd respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, contact us, or use services made available through the site, and how we use and protect that information.
WHO WE ARE
Cyber Increment Ltd is the controller responsible for personal information processed through this website.
Cyber Increment Ltd
Company number: SC727291
Registered office: 25 Sandyford Place, Glasgow, Scotland, G3 7NG
For privacy enquiries or to exercise your data protection rights, contact: privacy@cyberincrement.com
INFORMATION YOU GIVE US
If you contact us through the website, we may collect:
- your name
- work email address
- company
- the type of enquiry
- the contents of your message
We also receive the page from which the enquiry was submitted and, where present, campaign information contained in the URL, such as UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content parameters.
We use this information to understand and respond to your enquiry, manage potential or existing business relationships, and understand how enquiries reach us.
Our lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating our business. Where your enquiry relates to potentially entering into a contract with us, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into that contract.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information in free-text enquiry fields unless it is genuinely necessary.
CONTACT FORM AND EMAIL
Website enquiries are converted into email and sent to Cyber Increment.
The website does not store contact-form submissions in a customer database.
Our website and email-delivery infrastructure processes the information temporarily so that the enquiry can be delivered to us.
We use Lovable-managed infrastructure to support website hosting and delivery of website enquiry emails.
Once an enquiry reaches our email system, we may retain the correspondence where reasonably necessary to respond to you, manage a business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations.
WEBSITE ANALYTICS
We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the website.
Analytics may process information such as:
- pages visited
- approximate location derived from network information
- device and browser information
- referral source
- interactions with parts of the website
- campaign information
- identifiers used to distinguish visits or browsers
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or contact-form contents to Google Analytics.
Analytics is optional. We ask for your consent before allowing Google Analytics to use analytics storage on your device.
You can accept or reject analytics when you first visit the site and can change your choice later using Cookie Settings in the footer.
Our lawful basis for optional analytics processing is consent.
COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE
We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your privacy preferences.
If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics may use cookies including _ga and property-specific _ga cookies to distinguish visits and understand how the website is used.
Analytics cookies are not permitted until you grant analytics consent.
If you reject analytics, Google Analytics remains in a denied analytics-storage state.
You can change or withdraw your analytics consent at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer.
Some third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you choose to load or use those services.
APPOINTMENT BOOKING
We use Calendly to provide appointment-booking functionality for some meetings.
The embedded Calendly calendar does not load automatically. If you choose to load it, your browser will connect to Calendly and services used by Calendly to provide its booking functionality.
Calendly and its supporting services may process technical information and may use cookies or similar technologies required for or associated with the booking service.
Information you provide through Calendly is processed by Calendly in accordance with its own privacy practices.
You do not have to use Calendly to contact Cyber Increment.
EMBEDDED AND EXTERNAL CONTENT
Some pages may contain embedded content or links to third-party websites and services.
For example, some Insights pages contain YouTube videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced embedding mode.
When embedded third-party content loads, the third party may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and information needed to deliver the content.
Following links to external websites will take you outside Cyber Increment's website. Those organisations are responsible for their own privacy practices.
FONTS AND WEBSITE RESOURCES
The website currently uses Google Fonts. When these resources are requested, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information required to deliver the font files.
We do not use this information to identify you.
WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH
We use service providers to operate and support the website and our business.
Depending on how you use the site, these may include providers involved in:
- website hosting and infrastructure
- email delivery
- analytics
- appointment booking
- embedded media
- security and technical delivery
Current services include Lovable and Cloudflare for website infrastructure, Google for analytics and website resources, Calendly for appointment booking, and YouTube where video content is embedded.
We only share personal information where necessary for the relevant service, where required by law, or where otherwise permitted under data protection law.
We do not sell your personal information.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Some of the service providers used by this website operate internationally or may process information outside the UK.
Where personal information is transferred internationally, we expect the relevant provider to use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism or other safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
You can contact us at privacy@cyberincrement.com if you would like more information about international transfers relevant to your personal information.
HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to enquiries, managing business relationships, maintaining appropriate records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
Website contact-form submissions are not stored in a website database.
Correspondence delivered to us by email may be retained for longer where it forms part of an ongoing or potential business relationship or where we have another legitimate reason to retain it.
Analytics information is retained according to the settings applied to our analytics services.
We periodically review the information we retain and remove it when it is no longer reasonably required.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
COMPLAINTS
If you have concerns about how we use your personal information, please contact us first at privacy@cyberincrement.com so that we have an opportunity to investigate.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator.
SECURITY
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we aim to use services and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we process.

Cyber Increment's website and services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed at children.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through this website.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services, providers, or legal obligations change.
The latest version will always be published on this page, with the date of the most recent update shown at the top.
